We do not accept returns for a refund. Instead, returned items that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging are eligible for store credit. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase of any issues with the product. After the 24-hour grace period, we will not be able to offer store credit. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price as well as shipping. The restocking fee and shipping will also be applied to undeliverable products.

Store Credit Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified as to whether or not your return is eligible for store credit.
If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed immediately and will be immediately available.

Exchanged Items (Special Cases)
In the event you receive a sales item that is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase of any issues with your product. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your purchase.
