Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS and USPS. USPS Priority Mail (typical delivery in 1-3 business days) may be used for small flat rate items and orders shipping to a PO Box.
Rey’s Camera and accessories is the only party authorized to make changes to your UPS shipment. You will not be able to change your delivery address or have your package help for local pickup at a UPS store. Please contact Allen’s Camera if you need to make any change to your delivery.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:30pm EST typically ship the same business day (applicable for packages shipped via UPS). Orders placed Monday-Friday and normally delivered via USPS will typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Exceptions are made for Holidays recognized by our shipping partners.
Refund Policy
Shipping charges will be deducted from any return or refund (this includes orders that originally qualified for free shipping). Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Rey’s Camera and accessories does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The only exception would be if the return were due to an error on the part of Rey’s Camera and accessories .

Package Refusal:
If package is refused at the time of delivery for whatever reason, customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
REFUNDS: Credit for returns are normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card or paypal account given online when the original order was placed. A 15% restocking fee will apply if all return conditions are not met.
RETURNS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not tape or deface manufacturers original (product) cartons. Returns that are received in other than original condition will not be accepted or returned. Shipping fees are not refundable.
RETURNING "FACTORY SEALED ITEMS": All items sold with new "factory sealed" packaging are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee if the original seal is broken.
RETURNING USED EQUIPMENT: All used equipment returns made within 14 days are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Used equipment returns beyond 14 days will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
