WHERE DO WE SHIP?

KRHAUTEFASHION BOUTIQUE ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS. USPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. addresses are shipped via USPS and will not be covered by insurance in case of loss/damage. All other international packages are shipped via DHL. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges.

KRHAUTEFASHION BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Ground – (USPS) $13.55 flat rate

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for a refund. Instead, returned items that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging are eligible for store credit. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase of any issues with the product. After the 24-hour grace period, we will not be able to offer store credit. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price as well as shipping. The restocking fee and shipping will also be applied to undeliverable products.

No refund or No exchange.

Your store credit can be used for anything in K & R HAUTE FASHION. Gift cards, health and personal care items are non-returnable.

Store Credit Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified as to whether or not your return is eligible for store credit.

If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed immediately and will be immediately available.

If you’ve taken all of the steps to make a return for store credit and have yet to be notified about being approved or declined, please contact us at buy@krhautefashion.com

Exchanged Items (Special Cases)

In the event you receive a sales item that is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase of any issues with your product. After the 24 hour grace period, we will not be able to offer store credit. Please e-mail us at buy@krhautefashion.com to notify us of your exchange.

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Turnaround times may vary for exchanged items, depending on where you live. Standard shipping and processing times apply.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your purchase.
